Bird is a founding member of the Canada Green Building Council and has approximately 200 projects that are certified or currently targeting various levels of LEED® certification including several LEED Platinum projects. We currently employ LEED Accredited Professionals throughout the company.

In addition to LEED experience, the company has delivered a number of Green Globes compliant projects and has recently, for the first time in Canada, delivered the first Zero Carbon Certification for the retrofit of an existing building, Building NX on Humber College’s North Campus.
